Alan and Kathy Hamlin

My wife Kathy and I moved to Cedar City in 1981, and I began teaching business courses at Southern Utah State College when there were only 1800 students. We fell in love with both the community and SUU, and have made this our home ever since. All five of our kids attended SUU and today they are successful and happy. We owe a great debt to this university and made a decision years ago to give something back through an estate gift. It is an honor to help fund the new Business Building and contribute to student achievement through scholarships. These young people will build the future of our community and state. We should all do what we can to help them in those endeavors.
